I’m Caroline and bloominfab was born when my Dad gave me a most special gift, at a turning point in my life. It was a simple wooden heart. Dad’s a carpenter and had made it in his workshop.
That treasured present was the inspiration for our family business. Dad (John) now at the age of 91 has stopped cutting wood for our plaques and so this part of the business has come to a natural stop.
I am continuing my creativeness by making memory bears and animals from your pre-loved clothing. Whoever you are choosing for, whatever the occasion, our designs are individual. At bloominfab we share our designs with people all around the country (and internationally too). We take them to craft fairs and also do demonstrations; parties where groups design their own are also popular.
So choose from what you see here – or challenge us to make something even more bespoke. We haven’t been stumped yet.
