All plaques can be personalised to customers requirements. Words, names, descriptions must be printed clearly in the ‘add personalisation’ box. bloominfab can not be responsible for any errors on the order form.

Our Designs
bloominfab reserve the right to update, change, withdraw or amend any item from time to time without notice. If you already have an item(s) that you wish to purchase additional accessories for such as additional heart strings, please check with us so that we can attempt to match your product.
Order Timescales
Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail Second Class signed for service within 7 working days of payment.
At peak periods please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be dispatched.

Returns Policy
If you are not happy for any reason please let us know as soon as possible & return them to us, unused & in the original packaging for a replacement or refund. Postage & packing charges are not refundable.
Personalised Items can only be returned where ‘bloominfab’ have made a mistake with the order.
